Marketing Digital Design Ambassador 

Fall 2020​

This role is part-time, remote and unpaid.

Role & Responsibilities: 

The Marketing & Digital Design Ambassador will work closely with the Marketing Board Member and other members of the Board of Directors, and will be responsible for the following: 

  • Collaborate with Marketing Board Member to create and maintain a consistent brand look and feel for The Support Network and campus networks 

  • Build on existing visual direction to solidify The Support Network’s visual brand identity, including but not limited to: logo, typography, color palette, imagery, and supporting graphic elements 

  • Design digital marketing materials, including: newsletters, presentations, infographics, explanatory videos,  social media graphics, and reusable Google templates

  • Design printed marketing materials (if/when needed); Examples: pamphlets, signage, swag, etc. 

  • Work closely with Technology/Operations Board Member to update and maintain website designs 

  • Collaborate with other Board Members and Ambassadors on additional projects, as needed

Required:

  • Team-player mindset and eagerness to take initiative in a growing organization

  • Alignment with The Support Network’s mission and values

Experience using: 

  • Canva 

  • Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator 

  • Google Suite 

Bonus skills: 

  • Video production / animation / motion graphics

Fundraising Ambassador

Fall 2020​

This role is part-time, remote and unpaid.

Role & Responsibilities: 

The Fundraising Ambassador will work closely with the Fundraising Board Member and other members of the Board of Directors, and will be responsible for the following:

  • Build tiered donation options for different donor segments: campus alumni, existing donors, new donors

  • Create fundraising copywriting and content to support development outreach and solicitation 

  • Organize and optimize donation assets such as donation letters, email campaigns, and impact letters

  • Co-create impact reports to highlight the economic and social impact of TSN on campuses to illuminate the donor impact potential and track how each dollar positively affects students 

  • Collaborate with Marketing to co-create info-graphics to highlight how donation dollars are deployed and invested into the TSN mission 

  • Conduct research on peer organization’s donor relations and development campaigns

  • Spearhead alumni connection calls by re-engaging the alumni network with personal phone calls to provide first person updates on the TSN progress

  • Solicit donations from larger organizations and personal networks

Required:

Experience using: 

  • Mail Chimp & Google Suite
